Yardstake provides feasibility and marketplace workflows that connect homeowners with ADU manufacturers. We only collect the information needed to operate those workflows, provide support, and improve product quality.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data (name, email, phone) submitted through forms.
- Property and feasibility inputs (address, ZIP, lot details, zoning-related attributes).
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, timestamps, and page activity).
- Account and communication preferences for registered users.
3. How we use data
- Run feasibility checks and provide confidence-scored results.
- Route inquiries to relevant marketplace partners when requested by the user.
- Operate analytics for conversion and product quality monitoring.
- Provide support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
5. Retention and security
We retain data only as long as needed for service delivery, compliance, and reporting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect stored and transmitted information.
6. Your privacy rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information where legally applicable. Region-specific rights (including California rights) are honored according to applicable law.
