These terms govern access to and use of Yardstake, including feasibility checks, marketplace workflows, and partner matching.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Yardstake, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.

2. Service scope

Yardstake provides feasibility and marketplace software. Yardstake is not acting as a general contractor, licensed design professional, or construction provider.

3. Marketplace relationship

Any construction or purchase agreement is solely between the user and the selected partner. Yardstake is not a party to partner contracts and does not guarantee project outcomes.

4. Information and pricing disclaimer

Feasibility outputs and pricing content are informational and may change over time. Users must confirm zoning, permits, and final pricing with the relevant city and partner before making commitments.

5. User obligations

  • Provide accurate information in feasibility and inquiry flows.
  • Use the platform lawfully and without abuse or scraping.
  • Respect partner and platform communication policies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yardstake is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the platform or third-party partner interactions.
